Step 1 — pick the right coin
Use whatever you already hold. If you're starting fresh, USDC on Solana or Base is the sweet spot: stable value, sub-cent fees, near-instant confirmation. Bitcoin works too — it's slower and the network fee is higher, but it's the most universally supported.
Step 2 — open your in-app wallet
After you create your Rollit account, open Wallet → Deposit. Pick the asset and the network. The screen shows your unique deposit address as a string and a QR code.
Step 3 — send from your wallet
- Copy the deposit address (or scan the QR if you're on a phone).
- Open your sending wallet (Phantom, MetaMask, Coinbase, hardware wallet, exchange withdrawal).
- Confirm the network matches. Sending USDC on Ethereum to a Solana address loses the funds. The deposit screen tells you exactly which network to use.
- Send the amount you want to play with. There's no minimum besides what your network's fees allow.
Step 4 — wait for confirmations
Different chains, different waits. Solana credits in ~1 second. Base in ~3 seconds. ETH in ~30 seconds to a minute. Bitcoin needs 1 confirmation, ~10 minutes. The deposit page shows live status.
Common mistakes
- Wrong network. Always double-check. Most lost crypto is a network mismatch.
- Exchange minimums. Some exchanges have minimum-withdrawal thresholds; sending below that fails.
- Memo/tag missed. Doesn't apply to Rollit deposits but does apply to some other sites — keep an eye on it generally.
